-BB curl (touch and go) – 5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21 – 5 secs rest in between

-Seated DB curl (2:1:1:2) – 6×10

-Prone on inclined bench cross body DB curl (2:1:1:2) – 4×10

-Seated DB Hammer curl (touch and go) – 4×15/Standing BB curl (touch and go narrow grip) – 4×15

 

CARDIO: Treadmill – LISS
inclined at 12 4-5kph
