We handle majority of neurologic and orthopedic conditions provided with MD orders. Be advised that KILOS DAVAO is not a modality-based therapy center in Davao City, meaning, we rarely promote the use of probes, electrodes, ultrasounds, cones, etc. on our patients. For lack of a better word, we really get our hands dirty, and by dirty, we (therapists, patients, care providers) work enough to break a sweat or more to reach our goals. We pride ourselves with empowering patients and care providers through training, active participation and follow-through. We use our academic training and direct clinical experience in doing assessments and setting goals to alleviate pain, improve strength, stability and endurance, activities of daily living independence, etc.

To clarify, we are do not discriminate. KILOS DAVAO is not a commercial fitness facility in Davao City, hence we do not cater to walk-ins and we do not offer monthly or yearly membership plans. Though not a bad idea for a fad or propaganda to advertise, we do not offer group exercises/dance. We do not sell ourselves as having the the latest state of the art gym equipment’s either. What we have are qualified personal trainers in Davao City who do not work for monthly quotas, with specific expertise based on your needs. Personal trainers who walk the walk and talk the talk in lifestyle and aesthetics.

They are passionate about healthy living through fitness. KILOS DAVAO is a haven for misfit personal trainers who choose not to belong and be tied up to a facility. Though we give our personal trainers enough freedom, we hold them accountable too through your reviews.
