Squat- neutral stance 5×10-5 (1:1:1:1)
Leg press- neutral stance 4×8-6 – half-full ROM (1:1:1:1)
Goblet squat- narrow stance/leg extension – neutral stance – 4×10/4×10 (1:1:1:1)
Dumbbell stiff leg deadlift – narrow stance 5×6 (4:2:1:2)

CARDIO: LISS
Treadmill: toes out 12 incline/4.2kph
350 calories
