Dumbbell chest press variation – I enjoy doing this trifecta to prime my pectorals to begin a chest session. With a moderate load, I superset chest press on 3 levels(45/30/0) for 8 repetitions and resting only when I adjust the angle. Tempo is controlled but not too slow to keep the exercise anaerobic considering the number of sets and repetitions.
