For the first episode, Ariel talks with Juno about his journey into the world of body building. Juno did not know the secret to achieve his ideal physique immediately. His first mistake was extreme calorie deficit coupled with regular cardio workouts. He narrates his introduction to the body building world when he started working as an overall helper in a gym until he met his first influencer, an ACE certified gym owner. From then on, he started reading, learning and training. He also talked about his experience with performance enhancing drugs, the do’s and the dont’s, nutrition and training during his off season and contest prep. We stopped shy of 6 weeks out to discuss it better in our future episodes.
