SEATED DUMBBELL CURL

I have exactly 3 more weeks out for the #wnbfphilippines 2019 show. I promised earlier that I will refrain from posting any training and physique updates until the show for the surprise factor. I figure, I signed up for the competition to represent my patients/clients and lovedones and they are all rooting for me. Competition is off my head from this day onwards, but celebration of what I have achieved from the last few months of training. This is all for you who inspired me to do my best.
