MORNING GRIND – half asleep fasted cardio session.

I am usually up at 5am before sunrise. I weigh myself naked for my fasted weight, drink a tall glass of water, put on some warm clothing, set-up an audio book along with my activity tracker and off I go depending on my preferred cardio. I picked cycling today…..come ride with me. I am your therapist! I am your trainer!
