Incline Cable Low Row: Prone on an inclined bench. This will provide stability on the torso and will also avoid compensation from other muscles aside from the back. Pull the cable towards the abdominal region, making sure both shoulders do not elevate in the process. Squeeze the middle of the back stressing elbow movements towards the back and inward.
