Smith Machine Wide Squat: Aimed to hit the glutes and the outer sweep of the quads. I set my feet at a wide stance several feet away in front with the toes elevated. I did incomplete pulsing ranges for constant tension on the muscles, my torso following a perpendicular path in relation to the floor instead of diagonal towards my feet that would shift the tension to my quads.
