Reverse Hamstrings Curl: Ideally, I should be holding on to a bar in front mounted on the floor for support as I descend, the assistance will allow for bigger range of motion on hips and knees in extension as I bring myself down, hopefully for an end range with the body parallel to the floor. This video set-up is not as advanced but good enough especially for novice. With the hips bent, slowly bring yourself down-forward controlling the tension of the hamstrings at the knees. Leave an inch space between the floor and your face before ascending back to starting position.
