Bent Over High Row: This is a rear deltoid dominant exercise. To do this, rest your forehead on an inclined bench. Grip the bar way wider than shoulder width apart. Retract the scapula squeezing on the trapezius the entire time to isolate the rear deltoids as you go along the movements. With the arms abducted to at least 90 degrees, pull the bar aiming towards the bridge of your nose. Hold on the concentric contraction for a while then go back down, just low enough to prevent the trapezius from deactivating.
