Negative Stiffed Leg Deadlift: There is a point when general mobility starts to improve, that it gets difficult to facilitate tension on the posterior chain, the hamstrings in this case when performing a deadlift routine. I substitute mine with this one. I stand on the bench, front portion of the feet raised on a plate. The goal is to allow the bar to touch the bench or plate at bottom, but of course, the priority is to give the hamstrings a good loaded eccentric contraction. Be aware of back posture though when performing this exercise, as I have said, it is a little advance.
