Art has always been a mode of expression for me. I am not great at it but I know a thing or two. These days as most of us are confined to our homes, we cannot help our monkey brains to wander, mostly negative thoughts of why things happen as they are and who to blame. I feel the same sentiment too sometimes. I try as much as possible to keep things to myself, hence the depression. Though the best way is to air it out, let other people know about it, even burst in anger just to be heard and deflate. With social media as the primary platform to vent these days, the volume just muffles most of our thoughts, most of the time barely heard. Though we can search for agencies to formally complain. A lot of us just don’t want to be hassled by the system. One suggestion is art. It is free as any other modes of communication. The existing visual-tactile even olfactory(depending on the media) end-product, masterpiece or not is definitely gratifying. Learning something new like visual arts or just even using it as an outlet to rid boredom is something new and definitely a must try.
