Late to the party but this is my entry to the how it started, how it’s going challenge. 😁
My initial goal wasn’t to lose a lot of weight or fat. Sayang din yung food na ininvest ko sa fats ko diba?
It was to change the body composition and convert those fats into muscle.

As a Prediabetic (since I was very young), I wanted to delay crossing that borderline for as long as I can.
The main reason I’m doing this is to possibly break our family’s diabetes cycle and hopefully skip our generation.
Because I’ve seen what it can do to the people you love first-hand.
