CARDIO: Metabolic Conditioning – 3 rounds 
POST WORKOUT MEAL – Chunky Monkey Plus Smoothie

Recipe:

oats 1.5oz

banana 1.5oz

whey (chocolate) 1 scoop

moringa 1tbsp

PB2 powdered peanut butter 2 tbsp

honey 2 tbsp

ice and water 8oz
