-Pay attention to the position of the shoulder, elbow and forearm for different feel of muscle engagements.
-Squeeze/Engage the triceps at the end of every range.
We suggest guidance and assistance from family members and caregivers for clarity and safety.
Home exercises are muscle group specific on each upload to allow recovery of other areas. Key is to choose 3-5 exercises at random for a specific muscle group and perform them to tolerance level as to sets, repetitions and pauses. Be mindful of the form, stabilization and make sure to engage the muscle you are working on.
