Note/s:
– The biceps being a bi-articular muscle, controls the motion of the shoulder and elbow. Pay close attention to the position of both when performing this routine to properly engage the muscle.
– The biceps also a supinator, turns the forearms facing forward. Pay close attention to the exaggerated forearm supination as well.

     We suggest guidance and assistance from family members and caregivers for clarity and safety.

     Home exercises are muscle group specific on each upload to allow recovery of other areas. Key is to choose 3-5 exercises at random for a specific muscle group and perform them to tolerance level as to sets, repetitions and pauses. Be mindful of the form, stabilization and make sure to engage the muscle you are working on.
