Unilateral EZ bar Curl Shrug: after performing several sets of bilateral shrugs, I supplemented my trapezius workout with single shrugs to also include core stability. In here, aside from my trapezius, I had to co-contract the opposite side of my torso to keep my posture hitting two birds in one stone.
