Parallel Bar Dips: I did a superset of this exercise, one with the feet elevated in front for 20 reps and the standard variation for 10 reps. Both exercises hits the triceps fast twitch muscle fibers considering the fast tempo. This routine is the finale of this session for the burn after several controlled tension sets.
