Leg Press (singles): This movement is a little bit tricky considering the foot and knee placement(internal rotation), but I like how it stresses the outer sweep of my thighs and the glutes at the same time. Make sure to work on the mobility of the ankles and the knees before trying this exercise. Starting with a lighter weight is also recommended.
