Land mine isolated inclined/bent rows – This exercise is restrictive not just on the torso but also on the bar path guided by the land mine. Focus on pulling the elbow ‘back’ and ‘in’ instead of the hand pulling the bar so as not to activate the biceps. I did drop sets for this exercise with 5x5x5x10 for 3 sets.
