For my second leg day session of the week, I did several leg press variations to hit different areas of the legs. Considering my recent shoulder surgery, it was still quite difficult for me to avoid engaging the muscles(isometric) on the affected side(post-surgery precautions) especially on a leg day session when almost-always every part of the body is engaged. Try them and enjoy!

Narrow Low Modified Sissy Squat 6×30
