KILOS DAVAO SESSIONS: EPISODE ONE – CORE


     I recorded this session on June 11, 2020, one day short of a week following my rotator cuff surgery. I was still quite limited in the making of this session with extra precautions considering a strict immobilization protocol from my orthopedic surgeon that will last for 6 weeks. Core session went well despite my limitations. Give them all a try.

Lying Leg Raises 6×10(full ROM)-10(partial ROM)
V-Ball Crunches 5×30
Seated Cable Crunches 5×30
