Isolated cable pull down – the movement for this exercise allows for further range of motion allowing the elbow to travel more towards the center of the spine. With a bar, the path will only go as low and far back until it hits the chest. I try to reach back and across the bench with the other hand for stabilization and more effective isometric contraction at the end of every rep.
