Incline Leg Raise: Lay on the opposite side of the decline bench holding on to the top. Keep your legs together with knees slightly bent. Raise your legs as high as you can. Since the ascend is more momentum driven, pay more attention on slowly controlling your descend, keeping the abdominals tight all throughout the process, rather than just throwing/swinging your legs up and down so as not to defeat the purpose of the exercise.
