I spent majority of my life without a sport or fitness background. Hell I can’t even bounce or shoot a ball. I can’t remember owning a pair of kicks until after college because money was really tight for my folks. Unhealthy lifestyle and vices were part of my upbringing. Now being close to 40, I have more than enough reasons to lack patience and determination in pursuing wellness. I do not know why I continue to show up in the gym and train regularly since I have no inclination to a particular sport or any body building competition. I guess it’s just because I’m having fun doing and learning from the experience. The results are just bonuses.
