Strength/Hypertrophy: Glutes/Legs
-Stiff leg deadlift – 5×10
-Sumo squats – 5×10
-Deficit lunge backs – 4×10
-Alternating leg skater squats – 3×10
-Banded toes elevated sumo squats – 4×10
-Toes elevated good mornings – 4×10
-In and out knees banded hip thrusts – 4×10
-DB hamstring curls – 3×10

Cardio: Stairmill – 300 calories
