– Leg press (DeLorme) 7×10-6
– Leg extensions (DeLorme) 12×10-6
– Leg press singles/Leg press calf raises 4×10/4×30
– Leg extension singles 4×15

CARDIO: Metabolic Conditioning

25mins AMRAP
– P1- Sit-ups x5/burpees x5/air squats x5/box jump over x5/tap P2
– P2- repeat same routine
– P1/P2- alternating leg toss
– P1/P2- in unison seal jacks x10
