ELDERLY/PWD HOME EXERCISES PROGRAM(COVID 19): DAY FORTY EIGHT – SHOULDERS
Note/s: – Start off with an isometric contraction(holding the position tight in place as tolerated) followed by active range of motion for several repetitions(as tolerated).
– Keep the spine straight/tight the whole time.
– Exercises can be done in standing and in sitting position. •
We suggest guidance and assistance from family members and caregivers for clarity and safety.
