Dumbbell Curl: This time, I decided to spend the whole session just doing one exercise for my biceps, that is the curls. I find it logical that since muscles doesn’t have eyes, it’s is not very particular on the varieties of exercises you do with it as long as it is getting the right activation. It cannot see but it can definitely feel, that is the reason why I played around with the resistance, tempo, reps and rest intervals for this session with the idea of muscle confusion. Well of course, the idea is not the norm, we have exercise variations because we consider other areas like leverage, orientation of the muscle fibers in relation to gravity, type of resistance, etc. I am just saying that, it is not about how much exercises you know, the amount of substances you chug/inject or certification you have on your belt. You can achieve more by mastering one thing and be great at it. For all you know, eventually, you are the one setting the standards.
