Barbell Curl: need I say more? I just want to stress and show the imperfections of my lift. I am but human after all. This was my last exercise of the day, hence the back swings, but of course, I should’ve dropped the resistance to get the form right. In an ideal setting, form should be stiff, no swinging of the back and arms, shoulders depressed, elbows locked beside the torso and no to less shoulder activation.
