Alternating Dumbbell Curls – nothing much to discuss about this exercise being common as it is. Key points: since the biceps also supinates the forearm, I try to exaggerate supination towards the last half of my rep before bringing the weight back down. I don’t usually do alternating singles, usually alternating every 2-5 reps. I only hit singles when my biceps are toasted enough from previous sets of a heavier weight.
