     Here’s a basic example of macro-calorie tracking a single meal. Being conscious of your intake will allow you to plan your day accordingly in relation to your expected energy expenditure. As always, food is abundant, we cannot hold back on the things that we love and enjoy. The key is ‘awareness’. Awareness of the balance of what is going in and out of our bodies, that simple. So go ahead, indulge!

Macros with the bagel: 478 calories
C-83:P-33:F-4

2tbsps PB powder
 1/2 scoop chocolate whey
 dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
 water
