-Leg extensions (neutral stance)
6×10 (2:3:1:1)
-Leg press (low setting/close stance)
3×10 – warm-up sets (touch-and-go)
5×10 – working sets (4:2:1:1)
-Leg press -low setting/sumo stance/Static lunges
4×10 – working sets (2:2:1:1)/4×10 – working sets (pulses)
-Sissy Squats on leg press- close stance
4×10 (4:1:1:1)
-Single leg extensions – 3×15 (touch and go)

CARDIO – 300calories
Treadmill – 4km/h inclined to 12
