Upright Row: This upright row was the second exercise of a superset after a dumbbell press. I normally take my time especially on the concentric pauses and the eccentric contractions, but following a 2/0/2 strict tempo on the press, this exercise focused more on the pump rather than the perfect form. The fast tempo does not mean poor quality of movements though, I used lighter weight set-up to allow me full ranges of motion all the way.
