Reverse Hamstrings Curl(supported): This variation allows for wider range of motion on the hips and knees with upper extremity support controlling the descend. I do not consider this one superior to the previous variation (without upper extremity support)I posted, unless administered paying more attention on providing the hamstrings the tension it required. Not relying on the arm for support is the key to this exercise properly. Stay with the goal of being parallel to the floor (‘still working on mine) at the bottom range.
