Passive Prone Hip Stretch: my client has lower cross syndrome characterized by back pain secondary to tight hip flexors and back with weak glutes, abdominals and hamstrings. The corrective stretching of the tight areas along with strength training of the weak areas will hopefully improve his posture, thus improving his anatomical leverage, thus improving his efficiency in performing activities of daily living-pain free. I did passive stretching of the hip in prone position with at least 30 seconds hold.
