A combination exercise I like to to hit aiming to improve the width and thickness of my back. For width, I put emphasis on the eccentric contractions taking my time as I go up. For thickness, I slightly arch my back with higher-tighter chest as I pull down and back, as always, squeezing my elbows back and in to allow maximum concentric contractions out of every muscle fibers I can hit along the way.
