Negative Narrow Grip Push-up: More triceps than chest. I kept the elbow path on the sagittal plane by keeping my arms tucked on my torso. Regular push-ups with the shoulders abducted happens on the transverse plane hitting the pectorals more. I also used kettlebells to allow me to go lower for this exercise.
