INCLINED NEUTRAL DUMBBELL CURL

This exercise focuses on the development of the forearm muscles other than just the biceps alone, targeting the brachioradialis muscles (the chunk of muscle just outside the lateral aspect of the forearms). Instead of the conventional supinated grip on the dumbbells, I positioned my forearms into neutral so as not to facilitate the biceps more, responsible for both flexion of the elbows and supination of the forearms. The neutral orientation of the forearms also isolates and activates the outer sweep of the biceps than the whole considering a conventional grip.
