Incline Low Pull Cable Row: I utilized the inclined bench to stabilize my torso for this exercise. Light weight with 4/2/1 tempo for 2 sets in preparation for heavier weight sets afterwards. Low pull aims to emphasize tension close to its origin at the iliac crest and thoracolumbar fascia.
