GETTING SOME WORK DONE WITH A 32OZ REINFORCEMENT

Lower endurance, irritability, some degree of anxiety, a little craving and sore BUTT when sitting. These are a few of physical and mental challenges I am enduring right now being so close preparing for the #wnbfphilippines 2019. I cannot imagine that it has been months since I started this journey and I am still standing (actually crawling). Initially, it was the dominance of physical challenges in training that I tried and struggled with trying to achieve that first pound drop in body weight and body fat, it progressed in time as I got to know and learn how to manage my body composition, then I started to feel good. At this point, I am basically numb from the physical effects of the program transitioning to the harder part that is the mental and emotional struggle to hang on. Why do I wake up every morning ahead of the pack to train? Easy, it’s because ‘leaders lead from the front’. Joining this simple competition is not the real challenge for me, it is trying to convince people around me to join my cause into living a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to a future with a community of people that is aware and able to take care of themselves physically and mentally, strong enough to take any challenges head on.
