     If you’re not a heavy hitter like Jay Cutler, then the quote above doesn’t pertain to you. You don’t have to avoid dishes that you like just because you’re counting macros. Separating the components of a dish after cooking may not be 100% bulletproof but absolutely better than eyeballing it(especially for beginners). Different case with smaller particle dishes(chili con carne and other soups) in which I suggest measuring the total macros of raw ingredients first hand before cooking then using that samevalue as guide for serving portions.
