Cable Crossover Reverse Flyes: This routine improves not just the rear deltoids and trapezius but also the stability of the shoulders in general. The cable path is without structure like free weights, this exercise activates the shoulder muscles to provide continuous stability in maintaining the desired path. Light/reasonable weight is required to perform this exercise to allow for full range of motion without compensation, in this case, may come from the latissimus dorsi.
